  • Training On Policy & Procedure Manuals for Respective Departments, support on Implementation, risk mitigation, conducting review meetings
  • Coordinate with NABH authority for application
  • Internal audits, Reviews, Self assessment of organization and submitting report NABH authority for pre assessment
  • Coordinate pre assessment by NABH auditors and closure of findings, suggestions
  • Coordinate for final assessment and accreditation
  • Sustenance of accreditation and implementation of our application , regular monitoring
